Team New Balance (corporate) will sponsor the 4th "New Balance Elite Grade School Combine". This upcoming event is being held on August 9th, 2008 at Our Lady of Good Counsel.  This event, being hosted  by the Maryland Future Basketball club, is focused on providing high level direction on the preparation required to become a collegiate level student-athlete in all facets. The participants are required to be boys in grades 5th-8th. Just like this summers event, the basketball sessions & classroom sessions will be separate.  However, all classroom sessions and basketball (stations/games) will take place in one day.

Classroom topics will revolve around academic preparation, financial management, brand marketing, character development and a NCAA preparation.

Each camper will receive an NB Elite Grab bag which includes shoes, reversible jersey & shorts, basketball bag, tee shirt, and more.  Lunch is provided as well.  The camp cost is $75.00.

This combine is focused on providing real evaluations for serious basketball players in the areas of character development, mental toughness, speed, agility, quickness/strength & basketball fundamentals.  Based on the evaluations provided this summer, several of the players have developed into high level players on their teams.  Come out and enjoy a first class event at a first class facility for first class players and families!
